Returns

We accept returns within 30 days  from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software/products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at james@ligers.shop or submit a return request through our website within the return window.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back with a tracking number. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (pre-authorization may take time to release).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at james@ligers.shop with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
